In November 2010 we reached the end of our first 12-week project, which took place in the newly refurbished buildings at Edge Hill Station. A group of 18 local people worked with professional practitioners to explore a range of artistic approaches in developing their own performance ideas inspired by the theme 'new journeys'.
Over the course of the project, these ideas turned into an exciting site-specific performance called Flowers on the Train, Dreams on the Line. Leading the audience through the different spaces at Edge Hill Station, the show explored journeys and dreams with beautiful storytelling, puppetry and vibrant live music.

'Sound Tracks' was originally funded as part of Liverpool's Year of Health and Wellbeing 2010. You can find out more about the Year of Health and Wellbeing by clicking here. Additional financial support came from Awards for All, Riverside Housing and The Co-operative Bank.
